Built by people who get it.
AdultADHDUSA exists because finding reliable, human ADHD resources as an adult shouldn't feel like a full-time job. We built the site we wished existed.
Make ADHD information accessible, honest, and human.
Too much ADHD content online is written for parents of children, buried in clinical jargon, or buried behind paywalls. AdultADHDUSA is different — it's built specifically for adults, curated by people who live with ADHD, and designed to be easy to navigate even on your worst brain-fog day.
Honest
We don't sugarcoat ADHD or pretend there are easy fixes. We share what's real.
Human
Every resource we share is chosen by people who live with ADHD, not algorithms.
Accessible
Plain language, clean design, no paywalls. ADHD is hard enough without fighting the interface.
Non-judgmental
There's no right way to have ADHD. We meet people where they are.
It started with a late diagnosis.
AdultADHDUSA was founded after a late-in-life ADHD diagnosis — the kind that comes with equal parts relief and grief. Relief that there's finally a name for decades of struggle. Grief for all the years spent thinking you were just lazy, scattered, or not trying hard enough.
After the diagnosis came the search for resources. What we found was scattered, overwhelming, and often not written for adults at all. So we started collecting what actually helped — and eventually, we built a place to share it.
Today AdultADHDUSA is a growing library of curated resources, a community hub, and a newsletter — all built around one belief: that adults with ADHD deserve information that respects their intelligence and their time.
